Service Description
Plutrex is an AI-powered stock market intelligence platform that provides stock analysis, natural language screening, community features, and trading execution through connected brokers. The platform is available as a web application, a progressive web app (PWA) and an Android app.
User Accounts
To use the features of the platform that require an account, you must create one using Google authentication or an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription Plans
The plans Plutrex offers, what each one includes and its price are those published on the Plans page at the time you subscribe. Paid subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
Trading Disclaimer
Trading in securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Plutrex facilitates order execution through the brokers available on the platform but does not provide personalized investment advice, manage your account, or make trading decisions on your behalf. All trades are executed at your own risk.

User Content & Published Strategies
Community posts, comments, opinions and strategies you publish, and the direct messages you send, are user-generated content. Plutrex does not endorse or verify the accuracy of user content, and a strategy's past results are never a promise of future returns. When you publish a strategy it becomes visible to other users together with its name, your note, your author identity and its performance record, and you are responsible for it. You must not publish or send content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, sexually explicit or infringing, and must not post misleading financial claims, spam or harassment. Any post, comment, direct message, published strategy, user or AI-generated answer can be reported from inside the app using the flag control, and you can block any user from the same menu — a block hides that person's posts and comments from you in both directions and stops them interacting with you. We review reports and may remove content, unpublish a listing or suspend an account that breaches these terms. You can delete your own posts and comments, and unpublish your own strategy, at any time.
Intellectual Property
Plutrex and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Plutrex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Plutrex is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
